Your choice of webbing width is very personal and depending your dog and your preferences. Maybe you prefer a broad dog collar, while another person not. Some dog breeds need a more broad dog collar than others.

Below you will find our guidelines, if you want to deviate from these sizes, please contact us before you order. We will inform you about the possibilities.

Dog collars:
Necksize between 20cm and 35cm: dog collar width15mm
Necksize between 28cm and 40cm: dog collar width15mm
Necksize between 30cm and 45cm : dog collar width 25mm
Necksize between 36cm and 55cm : dog collar width 30mm
Necksize between 40cm and 75cm : dog collar width 40mm

Martingale collars for greyhounds:
Necksize between 21cm and 40cm : dog collar width 40mm
Necksize between 26cm and 45cm : dog collar width 50mm

Measure snug on your dog’s neckwhere the collar normally sits. This is the measurement you would tell My K9.

You can also measure your dog’s current collar, but include the buckle size well!

For greyhoundsmeasure right behind the ears, on the smalles part of the neck.

All our customized collars are adjustable, about 2 cm smaller and 5 cm bigger than specified size.

Before measuring, please read our measurement instructions carefully.

Feel free to contactus when you need help, we are glad to advise you! You may send us a photo showing your dog, preferably in a standing position. On that photo we will indicate where to measure best.

You are also very welcome to visit us with your dog(s). So we can measure your dog (s). Please make an appointment in advance, because we are not always present. While visiting us, you can view all our products.

You may for any reason cancel your order, before the goods are taking into production.
Please contact us a.s.a.p. via email, stating your ordernumber.
My K9 will make a full refund within 7 days.

Embroidered and personalized products are not returnable. If you have submitted the wrong neck size or have chosen a wrong collar model, please do contact us. Often we can adjust a dog collar, so that it can still be worn by your dog.

Non-personalized and non-customized goods may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided you adhere to the following:

- Report by email within 7 days of receipt. Return item in unused, resalable condition with it’s original packaging.
- Add original packing slip to the order.
- Shipping costs for returning are for customer’s account. Return your item with sufficient postage. We will not accept items that are unstamped, have insufficiently postage or COD packages.
- You will receive a confirmation as soon as we have received your returned item.
- My K9 will make a full refund provided the item is returned in resalable condition.
- Your money will not be refunded when item has been used, worn and / or washed or if you have tried to repair a defect by yourself.
- Please take these terms and procedures for returns into account. If these are exceeded, we cannot accept your return.
- Exchange an item for a different color or size? Send the unwanted item back according to the above procedure and we will send you the correct item after payment of shipping costs.

We aim to deliver your customized order within 2 to 3 weeks(depending your location) of receipt of your order and payment. Depending on how busy we are, it can also be earlier or slightly later (up to a maximum of 4 weeks). We aim to keep delivery time as short as possible.

If you need an item urgently, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. We are a small and flexible company, therefore urgent orders can often be done in time.

When ordering several products at the same time, estimated delivery time of your order will be according to item with the longest delivery time. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a message by e-mail. Via a Track & Trace system you will be kept informed about the delivery status of your order.

Shippingcosts are calculated at check out, based on weight and depending your location.
Within The Netherlands we ship as from 4,50 euro. To Belgiums as from 6,95 euro.

Free shippingfor orders as from 75 euro for the Netherlands and as from 100 euro to Belgium.

Most orders will be shipped worldwide by PostNL. Usually PostNL delivers your package on business days within 24 hours of dispatch in the Netherlands and Belgium. Once your order has been sent by us, you will receive a track and trace link to follow the status of your package.
